These are a little on the strong side for me, personally, so I now take half to about 2/3 of one and it’s just the right strength. They tend to relax me, but not in a sedating way.

In particular, these D9 gummies were very strong...like, maybe almost too strong, which as you know, is just right. I recommend the D10 as well, this stuff hasn't let me down yet. 👍
