Question: I placed 2 orders on the same day (April 2)...the 1st qualified for free shipping ($98).

A 2nd order (immediately thereafter prompted by your pop-up discount) didn't qualify for free shipping ($38), so I paid $9.99 shipping.

Why was I charged the $9.99 when they've been shipped in the same package? This has happened to me before with you guys & CBD Mall...I order from both.
