Really helps with my sleeping. Of course, I have to use a bit more than the 2000X, but that's ok. It doesn't really have a taste for me.
I have trouble sleeping. I've been using a Delta-8 gummy at bedtime, but ran out. It turned out I did have some Chill CBD oil that I hadn't tried, so I used it. I have been sleeping so much better - usually 7 hours a night! It works so much better than the gummies and that's just a little less sugar in my diet.
