I like this very much. It's easy to use and feels great. I did have an issue with it not pulling, but customer service helped me immediately by telling me to hit it with a hair dryer and it will work then, which it did. I'm giving this 5 stars because almost every vape I've ever bough has the same issue. Good to know it can be fixed.
This is my favorite I order GC with every order, even when I try something new I have to have this one. GC relaxes you without overwhelming your body at night making for a good rest.
The first one I ordered was defective and did not charge at all. When I let customer service know they immediately made things right. I am very impressed with their customer service for their fast action. Hard to find that these days in a company. I am now a loyal customer.
