Great. I noticed it really improved my mood and helps me stay focused on what I'm doing. I have never smoked marijuana or cigarettes before but choose to give this a try instead of going back on mental health meds . I have BPD. And think this is a better option without any of the side effects that mental health meds have soon I gave 5 stars. Plus the calming effect of the high males it easier to socialize without feeling like your out of place with your peers this is a honest opinion from a first time user
