The best pain killers I've ever used. At the time of my research years ago, there were no known negative side effects.

A bonus is sleep. I'm the type who's mind never turns off...always replaying memories to find ways to optimize. The rest I get with these mentally as well as physically is insane. I never knew what real rest was.
