I have osteoporosis in my left knee. 40+ years of teaching fitness classes and running. With these I have zero pain. I walk or workout regularly and I sleep great!
I worked my way up to this strength. They work for me! I take one about a half hour before bed.

These 👀 I always push the limit .. so the first day I took the amount 1/5 . I can’t pen point anything.. The next day I took the whole thing and I was slumped on the couch for the rest of the day, so the next day I took it at night and it was the best night sleep!! I’m definitely getting more!!!
