This was the 3rd time I bought these specific gummies. These are my absolute go-to sleep gummy. I sleep absolutely great. If I happen to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I have no trouble getting back to sleep. I consistently get between 7hours to 7.5 hours of sleep, periodically it’s 8+ hours. No hangover effect, just a big-time dry mouth. Honestly not a big deal. A little water takes care of that. If you have trouble sleeping like I did, you need to try these. You’ll find it worth while.
These gummies are perfect for me. They relax and calm me at bedtime. I love that they do NOT contain melatonin. So many gummies do. Melatonin gives me vivid nightmares. These help calm my anxiety and allow me to "let go" of the day.
