I have trouble sleeping. I've been using a Delta-8 gummy at bedtime, but ran out. It turned out I did have some Chill CBD oil that I hadn't tried, so I used it. Huge Delta 9 Chill Plus 50 mg gummies do the trick- just took my system about 2 hours to process and full effects. However my system is very picky when it comes to tinctures and gummies- some just don't work for me but the same batch has my friends blazed! Tired of only 10 mg products I have to eat several for just a buzz. These - 1 to 1 1/2 gummy and I'm good for 5 hours after they finally kick in. peace mojohand
