This is often the only thing I need to sleep at night. Reaction time is pretty predictable and lasts long enough to still make we a bit wobbly if I get up earlier than usual.
I like the consistency.
Only downside imho, is the conversion to bags rather than the bottles. I imagine cost is at the bottom of this, but I have no complaints otherwise. Good job, folks.

These are great and help me sleep, despite my severe knee pain. They take the edge off the pain, allowing me to relax, and the Melatonin helps me sleep throughout the night. The key is to take one 30-40 minutes before I plan on going to bed.
