Eases its way in very casually. As it sinks in it is much more physical than mental. I find it easy to work at the computer as long as I don’t stand up. I become a bit wobbly as the peak effect arrives. It doesn’t really make me sleepy. However, I would not recommend driving while using. It’s nice to have a project to work on.
I've tried others, and this is definitely the one that works the best. Sometimes, I will take one-and-a-half.
I take one and a half and they work fairly well for the terrible sleeper that I am. Try them! Best I’ve found thus far.
