Amazing!! My brother was in a serious accident last year and broke his leg after many surgeries he was on his road to recovery. He has metal rods in his leg and to deal with his pain we came across this cream at a festival. We bought it not knowing how well it works. My brother is now walking working and every day before work and before bed he applies his cream. He says it helps him get through work with out pain he swears by this cream! Need them back in stock! The product works quite well most of the time. I would not waste my money on anything less that 1000mg as 250 mg cream did nothing.
