I have arthritis on my hands. I massaged the cream (don't need much) in the area causing discomfort and within a few minutes the pain was gone. It really worked. I also have arthritis in my knees and I rubbed the cream there as well. The pain did not totally go away; however, it did lessen the discomfort. Note that I purchased the 10,000 mg cream which for me worked.
Helps with arthritis pains in my back hands ankles. I applied it every couple hours when trying to garden. Driving and grocery shopping. Thanks
