I prefer the gummies less mess (that is the only reason) The cream works much faster but no mess with the chewie's.

This is amazing stuff. The roll on application makes it so easy to use in hard to reach places.

I was pleasantly surprised at its efficacy. It relieved the everyday soreness to great degree & it allowed me to use may hands more easily for my daily tasks. Significantly I was now better able to fish & play golf with greatly reduced tenderness in my hands & enjoy those pursuits so much better. Don’t get me wrong, it has not “cured” my arthritis but it is the best I’ve tried by far.
