I started out with a sample of 250mg and I could tell a difference within about 15min. As I did more research and looked online I seen that there was a coupon so I thought I would try the next step up. I have arthritis in my hands and I have Patrick Ewing knees. I use this a few times a day and before I go to bed it works wonders.
