This product works. I have what I thought was permanent swelling in my ankles as some recent severe tendinitis on my feet and ankles. My ankles are the skinniest I have seen them in 20+years. Within minutes the ache and swelling is almost entirely gone. This cream absorbs quicker than other balms and creams with no greasy residue. It's got a little bit of a minty scent because of the menthol but it's not at all over powering. I feel like I have found a new best friend in this jar.

Have only used once...back and shoulder...and it was very helpful in stemming the pain. I have moved from the 500, to the 1000, and am now trying the new 1500. Good success with each. NO side effects.
