Use twice a day to help control my arthritis pain. Works great.

I ate one square about noon a few days after receiving the product. About two hours later, I felt a wonderful body alertness/presence and also a very cerebral kind of alertness. I took a walk for about an hour, a little over three miles, and got back home refreshed and energized. I have an arthritic right knee and I’ll give credit to the Chill squares for reducing, almost eliminating the irritation and pains that a long walk like that would give me. One whole square lasted about six hours, so I have been cutting them in half and while the effects are less intense than a whole square, they also last a good six or so hours. I am guessing that I felt the effects an hour in after consumption, but that were blooming wonderfully about two hours in.
