The cartridge came in the mail cracked and leaking. I've used this before and still think it's a great cartridge and I was able to save most of the oil so I didn't request a refund or replacement; especially since I've noticed the packaging has changed since then. Everything seems much more secure in the box. Great job, guys!
I like this very much. It's easy to use and feels great. I did have an issue with it not pulling, but customer service helped me immediately by telling me to hit it with a hair dryer and it will work then, which it did. I'm giving this 5 stars because almost every vape I've ever bough has the same issue. Good to know it can be fixed.
