I use CBD/THC for sleep, and I finally found this product which is perfect for me. The melatonin knocks me out in about 30 min and I'm good and asleep by the time the rest of the ingredients kick in. I get my full 8 hrs of sleep. I do feel a little groggy the next day if I take a whole gummy, so when it's really important, I can take half a gummy and it works fine as well.
