These gummies are the strongest I have ever encountered from a hemp based product. I can only tolerate 1/6 or 1/8 gummy during the day. A half gummy is plenty for sleep, just beware if you have a slow metabolism, you will still feel some effects from it up to 7 hours later. That's been my experience. I like these gummies because they are the best value, as I only consume 1 gummy every 5 days if I take them daily. There's a reason the blends only have .5 to 1.0 thcp, as any more than that, you might as well call it a day.
