Very easy to order and get. These gummies help me relax and sleep through the night. I often get "awake breaks" in the middle of the night that can last 2 or more hours. When I take one of these gummies before bed, I do NOT have the "awake breaks" and I still wake up refreshed in the morning.
I have PTSD from being a medic. I’ve tried many products over the years to get some sleep and stop the dreams. This is the only product I’ve found that lets me sleep and if I do dream they’re not about things I’ve seen. I take one square about 5pm and about 10-11pm I’m out til 6am.
