These things are great. If you just want to relax or your a little sore from a rough day, I highly recommend these. My girlfriend is having issues with a broken ankle, she takes a couple of these and they relax her enough that she can sleep great. I drive a truck all day and sometimes my lower back gets sore, I take a couple of these and in about 20 minutes it just feels better. I would definitely recommend that you try these if you have any kind of body aches before you take any kind of pain med. For me it also seems like they relax you mentally as well.
