I purchased this product to help me sleep at night. It surely does the job. I have a restful night's sleep with just a nibble. This product is strong. A nibble does the job (about 1/6 of the gummy for me).
The gummies tasted good and really helped with sleep. I started off cutting them in half at first, and it worked well for me. A whole gummy worked well with sleep, but I slept too well, and don't want to get up in the morning. I highly recommend trying them.
