Excellent just right and taste great, we mostly use for a good night sleep and very relaxing for that
Love these, but I am having to take 2 at a time to feel anything. I’m starting to wonder if they really work… have taken the past 3 nights for pain, and I haven’t gotten any relief. I’m not sure why, but it’s scaring me, because pain management won’t even talk to me and I haven’t ever been on any pain meds. So if this doesn’t start work I will keep my money and just suffer. Customer service is the best and I love everyone I talk too, that is the best part of this review.
