I love these gummies. I'm power-strung, and need a good solid dosing. I take i/2 and then the other half 2 hrs later. They chill me so I don't have racing thoughts; I have less anxiety, and I also need them for my fibromyalgia. Works better on the joint and muscle pain than my prescription crap that just made me lethargic and zomboid.
