So far I have only taken a half a gummy each time and the effects were obvious within the first hour. I can still feel the effects more than 6 hours later. I plan to take a whole Gummy when I have nothing else that I need to get done! The Taste has a little bit of bitter after effect, so I would recommend melting it in hot water and drinking it as a tea. It goes down a lot smoother
