Accidently bought these - not realizing that they were Delta-8 (clicked on an add-on at the checkout, and thought "good price" and that was the further I thought about it). I was quite surprised when the shipment was received. Was hesitant to actually try one for about a month - put away in a drawer unopened. One particular, stressful and high anxiety day - I decided to try one. After reading the instructions that a max of 2 is recommended, I chose to cut one in half and just start there. WOW! That was plenty for me - after not really researching what Delta-8 was, it was quite the surprise when it kicked in.
The only thing I do not like the chewyness - resembles shoe leather. Flavor is fine.

I eat 1/2 a gummy on days when I am feeling particularly anxious. After about 45 min - 1 hr, I am feeling back under control and I can focus and be productive. Of course, I can't and don't recommend this as an alternative to what you are currently doing/your doctor prescribes. Just sharing my experience in the hopes that it helps someone else.
