What does Pre-Order mean?

Pre-order means you’re reserving a limited edition product before it’s officially released. We only produce these items in small, exclusive batches, so placing a pre-order guarantees you won’t miss out.

When will my pre-order order ship?

Orders don’t ship until the preorder window officially closes. That’s when production kicks off. All dates are listed on the special drop product page.

It usually takes about 3–5 days for your batch to be pressed, packaged, quality-checked, and ready to leave our facility. Nothing comes off a shelf—it’s all made fresh for this drop.

Once your package is out the door, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it all the way home. 

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders typically ship once production is complete, which can take a few weeks after the order window closes. You can check the estimated ship date of your pre-order item on the product page, right under the "Pre-Order" button.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes! You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Just contact our customer service team and we’ll take care of it—no questions asked.
