Definitely jump started creative energy then slowly wound down to a nice relaxing calm but without the sleepiness! Only issue I found was that as the cone burnt it would get a little clogged (best way I can describe it) but all I had to do was roll it between my fingers a few times and it would loosen and burn good as new! Highly recommend if your looking for something that allows you to focus while calming your nervous system down and be able to stay productive! 5 stats are not enough!!! *****************
