These things are great. I take them nightly for a good buzz and to relax. Wife loves them cause they put here to sleep. Taste great, love the texture and the after taste is pleasant and short lived. There is only one other brand that I feel the same about and they are more expensive. Honestly I believe these are the best and highly recommend.
