I started using this on a recommendation for my brother. I have insomnia, anxiety and chronic pain. I take 2 of these before bed and I sleep through the night (most of the time) without pain. I love the fact that when I wake up in the morning, I don't wake up groggy and cranky. I wake up ready to go for the day. I only wish that the 1500mg wasn't sold out every time I'm ready to order. I would like to try that to see if I can knock it down to 1 gummy at night instead of 2.
