It gives me the chill I am looking for and I can still functional. On a party day I take one and a half and get into the groove. Just a caution, I took 3 when I got it and I was stuck on stupid. Now I take half and it chills me out and I am still functional. So take with caution. But for me I found my threshold and I love it.
