Just the right amount for daytime and super yummy!
These are honestly the only thing that has helped me to lead a normal life with PMDD and I am so thankful. No amount of pain medication or antidepressants seemed to give me my life back. I do not recommend coming off antidepressants for the record, but for my cyclical disorder this has been a Godsend!!!
Except for indigestion which seems to happen when I don't eat enough it is great! Able to get off all of my pain meds.
