I have been using this cream (1000mg) for close to a year and it is the best one out there. I have knee pain from old athletic injuries and back pain from just being old. When I apply this cream to aches and pains they subside quickly. I also use it before I bike ride or workout and it is extremely helpful in preventing pain during and after working out. I have tried other brands and strengths and this is the best.
