Excellent! I would not survive without this cream!
I get pretty nasty shin leg cramps at night. As soon as I put just a small amount of this on, the cramp will subside and I can get back to sleep. I’ve been trying to realize proactively when it might happen and put this on before bed and it works ! I transferred some (3oz or so) into a small container so I can bring on every trip. I don’t leave home without it. Since only a very small amount is needed to work, it lasts pretty long. I highly recommend for aches, pains, cramps, etc !!
