I’m a new customer. I am impressed with customer service and package tracking. The product is very similar to what i had used before from another manufacturer. The overall quality and packaging is top notch. I did have a bit of problem with the product dispensing through the roll on ball, but quickly learned to shake and squeeze the container to get an adequate amount of liquid/gel to come out.
