I’m 73, with arthritis in my knees, shoulders and in my wrists, especially at the base of both thumbs. However, I’m still an avid golfer, and have about 40 gigs a year playing bluegrass guitar. This product works well, VERY well. I apply it about 45 minutes before golf and music and while not totally pain free, I notice that I am a lot more comfortable with 90% or better of the pain gone. I have tried other CBD oils and gels and this is by far the most effective at reducing pain.
My husband used this for back pain due to lung cancer. It really helped him. We would but it again thank you.
