So far this product works for me. It clears my thoughts so I can fall asleep. I have continuing issues I’m thinking about and my mind can’t shut down to get a good rem sleep. With this gummy I can sleep longer and without thinking of what to do the next day. Only thing that I notice is my memory is short or I can’t recall things that just happened.
