Kicks in 30 minutes to 45 minutes. One is mild and pleasant. Two can give me munchies. It can also cause a headache. I try not to take them on an empty stomach. These are a much better value than other brands and the quality is good. I am a regular customer and will continue to be. Customer Service is great! There’s no reason not to try this.
