This creme has provided me with significant relief while playing golf. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and prior to using the creme I would need to ice my knees for at least an hour to continue with the rest of my day. The pain in my knees is still there but much, much less.
The strength of this product will not disappoint in giving instant pain relief. It has been the best topical pain reliever than any other product we have used. It's easy to apply and absorb into the skin. The effects last for hours. The best time to apply this cream is at bedtime to keep pain at bay and ensure a good nights sleep. If there is any con, it would be the price.
Very pleased with product. Use it twice daily for several years. Would like a larger container!
