The biotech works really well. When compared to similar products, biotech is king. You can even tell the quality of the product by the viscosity of the cream. Similar creams are like a slimy substance that leaves gross residue, biotech immediately rubs in and targets the pain. Thank you!

I does have a minty smell that does dissipate in a short time. I use very little on my knee and it works great for up to twelve hours, no knee pain. I will definitely order more as this product works great for me!
