I have lower back, wrist and finger arthritis. I rub the 500 mg cream on those areas each morning after shower and I'm pretty much good for the day. If I play golf I need another application just before tee time. I'm 75 and used to play professionally on one of the minor senior tours. Without the cream my recovery time is four to five days. With the cream, it only takes one day to recover.
