I just received these product and in perfect time. I started to increase the amount on my weights when bench pressing even though I wear protective gear my wrists have been hurting. This stuff has been a lifesaver. It's not messy like cream. It air drys quickly. Your pain level decreases quickly within minutes. There's no residue. New fan. I'll be buying again.
Spouse here...had my doubts about the effectiveness of this product. Had some MAJOR pain in the hand & wrist areas from lawn work. Applied a few dabs on each area and about 20 minutes later, the pain was pretty much gone. Worked most of the day, too. Very impressed!
