I'm amazed with this product. I've dealt with lower back pain all my life due to a congenital defect. It gets worse as I get older. Took a chance on this due to a recommendation of a friend. I say chance because it's not cheap. But it works, it helps a lot with only a tiny bit. The jar will last a long time. Worth every penny.
