I have been using this cream (1000mg) for close to a year and it is the best one out there. I have knee pain from old athletic injuries and back pain from just being old. When I apply this cream to aches and pains they subside quickly. I also use it before I bike ride or workout and it is extremely helpful in preventing pain during and after working out. I have tried other brands and strengths and this is the best.

Not greasy, aids in pain relief and mobility. Slight minty smell that is not offensive. My third purchase of this product. As long as I have pain, I will be using this!!!
