Great help for a sad knee. I fell on the ice last winter, bending my 70 year old knee under me. I have used many pain pills... both OTC and prescribed... to calm it down when it heats up. The 500 cream works well to calm the pain. The 1000 cream even better. Thank you for this product.

Amazing cream! I am older and have some arthritis but stay active and now and then, I have muscle soreness and aches. This is my first jar of the 1000 mg cream and it is worth every penny.
