So far, so good. As a 60 year old who has soft tissue neck damage, I get a very sore and stiff neck often. I also have arthritus in a knee from a 25 year old sport's injury. In each case, the pain goes away with 20 minutes of ice pack or in less than a minute with the CBD 500 Cream. Thanks!
