Pretty good, I have been using it for 3 weeks and it has helped with my wrist pain a lot. I still feel the pain a little but the pain level is down a lot.
This product works. I have what I thought was permanent swelling in my ankles as some recent severe tendinitis on my feet and ankles. My ankles are the skinniest I have seen them in 20+years. Within minutes the ache and swelling is almost entirely gone. This cream absorbs quicker than other balms and creams with no greasy residue. It's got a little bit of a minty scent because of the menthol but it's not at all over powering. I feel like I have found a new best friend in this jar.
