I suffer from DD L3L4, L4L5, two pinched nerves, osteoarthritis, and MCTD. That being said, after months of epidural back injections (8 to be exact), multiple failed pain medications through pain management, a friend bought me the sample pack to try and I'm finally able to sleep at night. I personally only take them at night but they have truly helped far better than narcotic-pain medication. Best sleep I've had in years!
