I use the oil to refill my vape pens. I have several pens that accept refillable cartridges . I normally fill 75x25% nicotine to CBD. I have fibromyalgia and COPD with lots of pain throughout my body and the CBD oil makes a big difference with my pain. And BTW I have stopped smoking cigarettes.

Pretty dang good! Not as good as the ultra strong but effective, none the less. If gummies are something new to you cut them in quarters and start low and slow. 10X is my new favorite brand!
